Private Session Terms and Conditions
General Provisions
These terms and conditions apply to the Private Session Service ("Session"), offered by Bentley Firearms Instruction, LLC ("Company"). By participating in the Session, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not participate in the Session.
Session Description
The Session is designed to provide personalized guidance and support to participants through the use of focused time with an expert. During this Session, the expert will provide the participants with the attention and expertise needed to maximize their progress and reach their goals.
Responsibilities
The Company is responsible for providing the Session in a professional and timely manner. The Company will ensure that an expert is available to answer questions, provide valuable feedback, and help the participants develop strategies to maximize their progress.
Each participant is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their goals and learning journey. They will also be responsible for reviewing any material they have been working on and participating in the Session in a professional and respectful manner.
Payments
The participants are responsible for paying in a timely manner prior to the start of the Session. Payment must be made through the Company's designated payment processor.
Cancellations and Refunds
By booking this session, you acknowledge that you are reserving an hour of the Company's time. As such, all sales are final, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided to the participant during the Session, including but not limited to written and audio materials, shall remain the property of the Company. The participant agrees not to reproduce or distribute such materials without the express written consent of the Company.
Limitation of Liability
The participant agrees to hold the Company, its affiliates, and its employees and directors, along with the facility, harmless from any liability, losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of participating in the Session.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia and Maryland.
Severability
If any term or provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
Modification
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to the participants in a timely manner.
Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Session, the participant signifies their agreement to these terms and conditions.
